Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization or workspace name. We may infer your company domain from your email address.
Campaign and Content Data
When you use the Service, we store campaigns, activities, briefs, timelines, and content drafts you create, as well as AI-generated outputs.
Waitlist and Contact Forms
If you request access, join our waitlist, or contact us through the Website, we collect information you submit, such as your name, email address, company name, and message. We may also store referral information (such as UTM parameters) and submission timestamps.
We may temporarily process IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Website or use the Service, we may collect:

- Pages viewed and interactions

Payments
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. We store limited billing information such as subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers.

- Create and manage campaigns and content
- Generate AI-assisted outputs
- Respond to inquiries and waitlist requests
- Send transactional emails (such as invitations or confirmations)

3. AI Processing
March uses third-party AI service providers, such as OpenAI, to generate content drafts and assist with campaign planning.
When you use AI features, relevant content (such as campaign briefs or drafts) may be transmitted to the AI provider for processing. These providers may process data in accordance with their API data usage policies.
We do not use customer content to train our own machine learning models.
We may change AI providers in the future as part of improving the Service.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We share information with service providers only as necessary to operate the Website and Service. These may include providers for:
- Hosting and database infrastructure
- Payment processing
- Email delivery
- Analytics
- AI processing
- Internal notifications for form submissions
These providers process data on our behalf to support the operation of March.
We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the Service.
When you delete your account, your data is removed from active systems. Backup copies may persist temporarily before being overwritten in the normal course of operations.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
